What is the price of your labels?
Our competitive prices are listed in the Our Rates Section. The online order form will automatically compute the price of your order after you make your label selections.

What can I use the labels for?

• With our labels you can identify sweaters, trousers, shirts, hats, jackets, mittens, socks, stuffed animals, ... just about anything you would hate losing. With a name label they will not end up anonymously in the "Lost & Found". Ideal for children in daycare, school, or camp or for adults living in a nursing home.
• You can also include a phone number or vital medical information for emergency identification.
• Use our labels to sign all your handcrafted quilting, crocheting, sewing and knitting work.
• Our pre-cut labels make great gifts. They are packaged in a nice envelope and you can add a gift note. See our Product Photo Gallery.

Can I change the design of the label?
Customizations of our designs are possible.  Send us an email with your request and we will contact you with further details.

Can I order labels of a different size?
Customization of the label size is possible.  Send us an email with your request and we will contact you with further details.

Can I use my logo on the label?
Yes, we can design a custom label with your logo for you.  Contact us by email for further information and detailed instructions on how to forward your logo.

How can I customize the wording on the labels?
We offer different wording options for the different types of labels. Each catalog page lists the wording options available for that assortment. The wording options are illustrated in this table. You can fill out your custom label text in our online order form.

What is the minimum order?
1 set of labels.

What is the delivery time?
5 to 10 business days from the day we receive payment confirmation for your order.

Do you offer international shipping outside the USA?
Yes, we can ship label orders outside the USA. Contact us for international ordering instructions.

Do you carry any other products?
At the current time we only carry Name Labels.  We will add Photo-ID Labels to our catalog.  Please revisit us soon.

Do you carry sew-on labels?
At the current time we only carry Iron-on Labels. We will offer sew-on labels in the near future. Please revisit us soon.

Why do you need my telephone number and email address?
We may need to contact you in case of missing information, incorrect mailing address, unreadable information or to verify the order.

What to do if you need to change your order after placing it?
We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.  For corrections in the wording of the label, contact us immediately by email (info@labelatelier.com) or fax (+1-501.694.8279).  Specify the problem and provide us with your mailing address, full name, and exact wording of the labels you ordered.  LabelAtelier is not responsible for the wording or spelling mistakes you made.  If we receive your notice in time, we will make the necessary corrections.

What if I am not happy with the labels I received?
If for any reason your labels do not work the way we advertised, simply contact us and return the unused product in 30 days for a refund.
